- Social Days: doing good together
During our Social Days, 2W employees spend a day working on social projects, such as in schools, nursing homes, on environmental initiatives or with aid organisations. This involvement promotes team spirit, strengthens the sense of community and helps to enable personal growth. - Training for schools: sharing knowledge
Workshops in schools are at the heart of the programme, where 2W employees teach students important skills in areas, such as technology, finance or the environment. 2W believes that education is the key to the future. - An important element of our corporate culture
